Hunt Club Remodel | Twin Cities West Metro | Wuensch Construction

These customers in the Twin City West Metro Area called Wuensch Construction in Excelsior, Minnesota. This was a unique challenge for Wuensch Construction because a hundred or so members all owned this hunting club and wanted to remodel there existing club house to fit there needs for a new locker room with large lockers, benches, showers, bathroom and a dressing area. After receiving their dreams and wishes for this locker area Wuensch Construction jumped into action. After three or four different design options, Wuensch Construction came up with a Remodeling Design that they all loved (that was hard to do for hundreds of customers for one single remodeling project).

Here is the before, during and after pictures with the floor plans.

Happy New Year 2013 | Wuensch Construction

Well the New Year is right around the corner and people will start thinking about their personal resolutions. Well how about your home renovations resolutions? Whether you are planning a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, or any home remodeling projects for 2013, this is the time to start planning. Most remodeling resolutions are forgotten within the first week of the New Year. The problem with resolutions is that they are too vague, so here are some tips from Wuensch Construction so you can accomplish your remodeling resolution.

1)     Make a wish list; this is always the first step in making your wish come true.  Prioritize your list with your “must have” items at the top of the list, less critical items at the bottom of the list.

2)     Set a budget and stick with it.

3)     The next step will take a more little time.  Gather all the information on the type of project you are trying to complete. You can do this by surfing the world-wide net to familiarize yourself with the process. You will find thousands upon thousands of pages of information about your project. Take it slow and don’t let this discourage you.

4)     Sketch out your dream on paper; this is a very important step most individuals forget. You can try to do this yourself with some computer software or have it done by a professional.  Sketches or drawings can help you to visualize your dream and will help the contractor understand your desires.

5)     By spring you will be on track to start your project on your own or with the help of a professional contractor.

6)     Stick with your remodeling resolution and Don’t Let Another Year Pass You By.

Make 2013 the year you complete your home renovations.

Happy New Year!

Bathroom Shower Transformation in Shakopee

Wuensch Construction does full bathroom remodel designs and partial bathroom remodel designs.

This is a Before photo of an existing shower in Shakopee that the home owners wanted to update and wanted to make it feel bigger than it really was. When they contacted Wuensch Construction based out of Excelsior, Minnesota we were up to the challenge.  Look at the transformation after photo with the description on how we achieved this.

Wuensch Construction designed a new shower to look updated and also have an open, bigger feel while showering. We updated this by incorporating subway tile and a glass accent border in the wall design with octagon mosaic floor tile design. We incorporated new facets with an overhead rain head. We made in look bigger and brought in natural light by incorporating a frameless clear glass shower enclosure into the design of the shower.
